Monthly Commission Resets

1. Affiliate commission is calculated MONTHLY based on player activities from the month’s 1st to 30th/31st.

2. Every 1st of the month, the commission will be reset to zero for a new month calculation. Do not panic if you now see zero commission on your dashboard.

3. The system will compile last month’s data to calculate your commission and complete the calculation on the 3rd of every month. If you had made a commission last month, be patient and wait for the system to finish the calculation.

4. You will see last month’s commission showing as “Pending” on the “Withdrawals” Page when the calculation ends.

5. MCW needs two more working days to do the final validation on your commission. The commission will be credited no later than the 7th of the month when the validation is done.

 6. The commission will now show as “Available” and you are free to withdraw your commission.
